Welcome to the Lowell Center

The mission of the Lowell Center is to enhance the quality of life for older adults and to promote positive attitudes toward aging. With the senior population increasing, the Lowell Center and senior services will continue to play an important role in our community. Our dedicated staff and volunteers bring a wide variety of programs and activities to seniors in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
