The City Clerk's Office is responsible for; administering election laws and procedures; maintaining voter registration; issuing various licenses and permits; keep and maintain agendas and minutes and prepare publication of legal notices; attend the meetings of the Common Council and keep a record of its proceedings; care and custody of the corporate seal; updating the municipal codebook; administer oaths and affirmations; maintaining all public records; provide notary service to the public.
