The Human Resources
Department is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and administering
competitive and equitable compensation, benefit, employment, performance,
and safety programs, policies and procedures, while complying with
all City, State, and Federal Rules and Regulations. The Human Resources
Staff is also responsible for labor relations with the City's five
labor unions and non-union group.
Our
helpful staff consists of an Executive Secretary, two Human Resources
Assistants, and a Human Resources Director. We are here to assist
you!
