Payment
All fees must be paid in FULL at the time of registration. Include
one payment for total amount of registrations in the form of a
check or money order (DO NOT SEND CASH). All registration transactions
must be completed at the office prior to scheduled class. Space
is limited.

REFUND PROCEDURE
1) A full refund will be allowed if program is cancelled.
2) At least 24 hours notice prior to the start of the program, a
full refund.
3) A 50% refund will be allowed after the first class and before
the second class is held.
4) No refund after the second class begins.
ELIGIBILITY
RESIDENCY: Programs and services provided by the Department are open
to ALL Wisconsin Rapids residents, at a reduced rate. Non-residents
living outside the Wisconsin Rapids City Limits may participate
in our programs for an additional fee.
CLASS TRANSFERS
If a participant is unable to take a class, you may transfer to any
other class in the current bulletin. The same participant registered
has to be the one transferring to another program. You can transfer
at anytime before the program has started, provided there is available
space in the other class.
WAITING LISTS
All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis.
All classes have limited space, so register early. Enrollment cannot
be guaranteed. If your desired class is filled, you will be notified
and placed on a waiting list. If additional class openings become
available, we will then go to the waiting lists to fill the class.
INSURANCE
All participants in our Recreation programs and activities are encouraged
to carry their own insurance. The City of Wisconsin Rapids Park & Recreation
Department DOES NOT carry insurance on participants or spectators.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Information about Recreation Department cancellations will be announced
over the following radio stations: WFHR 1320 AM * WGLX 103.3 FM |
