Cassandra Joosten is a senior at Lincoln High School. She takes pride in her education, music and volunteer work she has pursued throughout the community. Cassandra is interested in traveling, sports and music. She has obtained a letter and bar for her dedicated participation in the music program at LHS. Throughout her high school career, she has been involved in a broad range of extracurricular activities, such as German Club, Fiddle Squad and tutoring. Cassandra is well organized, hard working and dedicated to everything she does. She is passionate about the well-being of others and has engaged in volunteer work throughout the years, by assisting her church with social events, and by helping the South Wood County Breastfeeding Coalition to bring awareness to expecting mothers and provide child care support services. Cassandra works at the Wisconsin Rafters Baseball Club during her summers to stay in touch with her community. After high school, she plans on attending the University of Wisconsin Green-Bay to achieve her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and later furthering her education to become a Sports Psychologist.
