The Splash Pad is open Memorial Day weekend through mid September (weather permitting), 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or dusk, whichever is earlier; dates and hours may be shortened or extended without notice based upon weather.​

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Use the splash pad at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty; the splash pad is not a supervised area.
  • No running or rough play is permitted.
  • Hanging or climbing on the Splash Pad features is not allowed.
  • No pets, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller blades or other objects (lawn chairs, etc.) allowed in the splash pad area.
  • Clean footwear or aqua socks is strongly recommended.
  • No soap, detergents, or shampoos allowed in splash pad area.
  • No spitting or discharging bodily waste on the splash pad.
  • Food and refreshments must be kept within the picnic area only. Littering prohibited; waste and recycling containers are available. (No glass containers allowed.)
  • Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, steroids, tobacco products (including smokeless tobacco, e‐cigarettes and “vape” devices), and any paraphernalia associated with use or consumption of such substances is NOT permitted.
  • Water from the splash pad is not suitable for drinking.
  • Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers.
  • Do not enter the Splash Pad if you have a communicable disease or an open cut.
  • Violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the park.
  • The Splash Pad may close at any time due to weather, repair, maintenance, or misuse. During severe weather, seek shelter in restrooms or vehicles.
  • The City of Wisconsin Rapids may implement and enforce rules that are more stringent or supplement those listed here.
  • In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
  • Report damage, vandalism or other issues to the Parks & Recreation Department, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., (715) 421-8240. On weekends or after hours, call the Police Department’s non-emergency number, (715) 423-4444, and press #2.
  •  Having fun and laughing are strongly encouraged.
