About

It is a pleasure and honor to serve as the Mayor of Wisconsin Rapids. Welcome to the friendliest city in America!

I earned a master’s degree in social work and juvenile corrections from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and I served in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne, for four years. I have been a co-owner of Express Recycling Solutions for almost 19 years, with recycling centers in Wisconsin Rapids, Grand Rapids and Stevens Point. I served on the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce’s board for five years, two of which I was Board Chair. I also served my community as District 3 alderperson for the City of Wisconsin Rapids for three years. During that time, I served on the Public Works Committee for one year and on the Property and Finance Committee as Chair for two years. 

​Building stronger relationships within our community will lead to innovative and effective solutions to some of the challenges that our community is experiencing. Wisconsin Rapids has a lot to offer; I look forward to finding ways to connect and amplify the city’s assets, while also attracting new ones.
