The City Attorney’s Office serves as in-house legal counsel to the City of Wisconsin Rapids as a municipal corporation. The City Attorney is ethically prohibited from providing legal advice to the general public.
The City Attorney’s duties include:
Susan Schill is the elected City Attorney. A part-time City Prosecutor, Timothy Gebert, is appointed by the City Attorney to handle most municipal ordinance prosecutions.
