In-person absentee voting for the November Presidential Election begins Tuesday, October 20
In-person absentee voting will be held on week days in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning Tuesday, October 20 and ending Friday, October 30, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
New East Side Polling Place!
If you previously voted at Crossview Commons or Shopko, you now have a NEW permanent polling place.
East Side voters from Wards 11-21, and 24-29 now vote at the former East Jr. High School Field House, located at 311 Lincoln St. The entrance to the Field House is on 6th Street.
Become a Poll Worker!
Poll workers are essential to ensuring that our elections are a success. If you reside in Wood County and are at least 16 years old, we need you!

Where do I vote? Wisconsin Rapids is split between 2 polling places.
West Side voters and those living in the Red area below (Wards 1-10, 22, and 23) vote at the Centralia Center, 220 3rd Avenue South.
East Side voters (with exception of those in red) from Wards 11-21, and 24-29 vote at the former East Jr. High School Field House, located at 311 Lincoln St. (note that this is a new location).
