Scope of Work
In 2020, the City of Wisconsin Rapids partnered with the North Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and was awarded $144,000 in grant funds from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). These funds are being used to conduct revitalization and redevelopment planning for the papermill and adjacent parcels. Subsequently, Vandewalle and Associates was awarded a contract for the following scope of services:
