Rules and Regulations
· The Zoo is a smoke-free park.
· Visitors 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
· There is zero tolerance of any form of harassment toward the animals or zoo/petting zoo patrons. A patron whose behavior endangers the safety of the animals or other zoo/petting zoo patrons will be asked to leave the zoo for the season, and authorities will be notified.
· Designated zoo animals may be fed, but only using the feed in dispensers provided by the zoo. No other food is allowed to be given to the animals.
· Pets are not permitted. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, balloons, and selfie sticks are also not allowed.
· No glass beverage containers are allowed in the Zoo.
· Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the Zoo.
· Please deposit trash and/or recyclables in designated receptacles.
· For the safety of guests and animals, this park is under video surveillance.
· In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.
· Report damage, vandalism or other issues to the Parks & Recreation Department, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., (715) 421-8240. On weekends or after hours, call the Police Department’s non-emergency number, (715) 423-4444, and press #2.
