Planning & Zoning Information:

The Community Development Department's mission is to promote a safe, diverse and dynamic vibrant community by enhance the living, working and recreation choices for community residents and visitors. To fulfill this mission, the Department is organized into four different divisions; Permits and Inspections, Ordinance Control, Planning and Zoning and Economic Development. Staff work together to ensure compliance with local and state ordinances and codes and fulfill the objectives of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday
