Planning & Zoning Information:

The Community Development Department's mission is to foster a safe, diverse, and vibrant community by enhancing living, working, and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors. To achieve this, the department is structured into four divisions: Permits and Inspections, Ordinance Control, Planning and Zoning, and Economic Development. Staff collaborate to ensure compliance with local and state regulations while advancing the goals of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday
