The Human Resources Department is responsible for establishing, maintaining and administering competitive and equitable compensation, benefit, employment, performance and safety programs, policies and procedures, while complying with all City, State, and Federal Rules and Regulations. The Human Resources staff is also responsible for labor relations with the City's three labor unions and non-union group.
