High Street - 7th Ave N to 10th Ave N:
Pember completed the majority of the concrete flat work this week. Topsoil restoration work will begin soon. Residents will not have direct access to their driveways until after the concrete work is completed and cured.
 
Wastewater force main river crossing:
Next week road restoration work is planned along Blue Heron Lane with construction of a new retaining wall and curb.
 
West Side Lift Station:
Miron Construction is continuing work on the new lift station sump well.
 
Wisconsin River Green Space and Recreation Project:
This week, despite the inclement weather, Janke completed the cutoff wall on 2nd Street and continued installing riprap on 2nd Street. They finished placing topsoil in areas of Demitz Park where sidewalk was completed and also formed and poured concrete in the park around the shade structure. Grading began on the relocated driveway entrance into the park and decking was installed on the fishing pier. Next week Janke plans to finish all concrete work in Demitz Park. They plan to continue working on the sidewalk/trail along 2nd Street and start sidewalk work in the East Riverbank Conservancy. Revi Designs will be onsite continuing restoration work and plantings in the Park.
 
High Street - 12th Ave N to 17th Ave N:
This week City crews continued underground work between 14th Ave N and 15th Ave N. Work incudes installation of a new water main and sanitary main. Residents do not have direct access to their driveways within the 1400 block.
 
Van Buren Street - 8th Ave N to 10th Ave N:
Pember completed the majority of the concrete flat work this week. City crews also began placing topsoil behind the new curb. We Energies plans on replacing a small section of gas main soon at the 8thAve N and Van Buren St intersection. The street remains closed from 8th Ave N to 10th Ave N.
 
10th & 12th St Sidewalk Project:
10th St. (Grove-Wood), Wood Ave (10th-12th) and 12th St (Wood-River Run) City crews began grading for new sidewalk beginning at the 10th St and Grove Ave intersection working along the east side of 10th street toward Wood Ave. No road closures are planned for this project
